Materials:
The smoker box is made of solid stainless steel. All our wood chips are totally natural and untreated woods, from sustainable FSC approved sources. The wood chips are packed by volume in recyclable clear cellophane bags. The kraft kit box is made of largely recyclable materials and is fully recyclable. The smoked box will work with a gas BBQ. Fill with a handful of wood chips and place above the burners. The box will heat up and the wood will begin to smoulder. Best used with the lid down.
