Raclette Cheese
Traditionally Raclette cheese was a part of a very simple Alpine cheesemakers' diet that used to keep them warm during harsh long winters in the Alps. Made with cows' milk and washed with brine, artisan Raclette is creamy, meaty and pleasantly pungent. As Raclette is a fantastic melter, people adore pairing it with grilled vegetables and some warm rustic bread.
