Prep & usageSuitable for use with any BBQ, gas or charcoal, just fill the stainless steel smoker box - add a handful of chips to the box, replace the lid and place the box on your heat source. As it heats up the chips will begin to smoulder, releasing their smoky flavours. The box will protect the chips from simply burning up and promote mellow and longerlasting flavour production. You can use the box again and again for yet more smoky projects.
Produced from 25 year old oak barrels used to age Scottish whisky, the Whisky Barrel Oak Chips will add an intense whisky smoke aroma to meats, game and salmon whilst the Pear chips, which are sourced from managed European orchards will add a delicate, smoky sweetness with spicy overtones to chicken, pork, fish, seafood and vegetables. And if you like it hot, season your food for up to an hour before cooking with the Piri Piri hot spicy rub, a fiery blend of herbs and spices, which will elevate your smoky BBQ results to new heights!
