Direct from Thailand, we bring you a highly concentrated form of butterfly pea flower that turns a beautiful blue colour in water. This powder creates the blue colour much faster than flowers. It changes colour with lemon and other acidic liquids. Easy to mix with other powders.
RECOMMENDED USES Dissolve ¼ teaspoon of tea powder into hot water for blue effect. Add lemon to change liquid to violet. Some sediment may remain. Can be used as a natural dye.
