Marulin is an independent, award-winning tea company based in London. Our tea heritage extends from four generations of family tea farming and craft Oolong production in Nantou, Taiwan.

Our Story

At Marulin, we know tea. My family have been small-scale tea farmers and makers of Oolong tea for four generations in Nantou, Taiwan. We started Marulin in Britain to share tea from my family farm and co-operative with the world. Even as a young company, we are able to do things a little differently since we get our tea directly from the source, bypassing distributors and tea traders. We have partnerships that gives us access to new tea research and innovation. We've been pleased to win a number of awards for our teas, and our teas are beginning to appear in restaurants and cafes.

We offer teas with a twist:You can get two cups of tea from our large silken tea tent bags which allow tea to better infuse with water.We offer matcha and a range of great tasting tea powders for your use in tea lattes, innovative drinks and creative baked goods.We source artisanal, experimental single-estate oolongs and other loose-leaf teas from our farms and friends.
