Prep & usageHow to use: Select a wood chip flavour to suit the food you are cooking, wrap in a foil pouch, puncture the top and place directly on your heat source. Add food to your grill rack and gently cook. As the chips heat up they will release their delicious aromatic smoky flavours.
StorageReseal bags and store wood in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Your woods will last up to 2 years.
