We are a small company making a very hot chilli sauce, using a treasured family recipe. We take great care and attention in choosing our ingredients, inspect each chilli we use and hand make each batch for our esteemed customers.

Our Story

We are Twin Islands Limited, the company which makes the very hot Pimata Chilli Sauce. Twin Islands represents the connection between Mauritius and Jersey in the making of the chilli sauce. Pimata is a hot sauce inspired by the founder's father in Mauritius (where the recipe is originated from) and made in Jersey, hence two islands - the Twin Islands.

We make every batch of chillies by hand, and we take care to inspect each one and ensure only the best past through to the next level! A batch is prepared, bottled and packaged with passion, for you. We hope you enjoy Pimata as much as all those who have tried and tasted it now.
