The Forest Distillery is a small family run distillery based in the heart of the peak district.

Our Story

We make on of the worlds finest spirits using the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on, accompanied with botanicals that we hand pick from the surrounding peak district. We create a gin that stands alone in the spirit of today.

In 2014, Karl and Lindsay Bond started creating Forest gin from their kitchen table using locally foraged ingredients. Our goal is to make the best tasting spirits from the finest, locally sourced botanicals with quality being our main focus above anything else.

We do as much as possible by hand - right down to the bottling. All of our bottles are individually hand made by Wade Ceramics to a bespoke shape with an intricate logo and design by Suzy Taylor. We have crafted our award winning Forest gin using natural botanicals foraged from our natural surrondings. Our Earl Grey Forest Gin has been delicately infused using a bespoke tea blend by Quinteassential. Our Forest Blended Whisky has already earned critical acclaim, still hand bottled in a unique black porcelain bottle with real gold design.
