ProYouth is a natural protein energy bar for young athletes and active children.

Our Story

A product development from months of research working with a team of leading Applied Sports and Exercise scientists, Life Science practitioners and Nutritional experts to develop a range of innovative snack bars that is suitable for pre-activity energy fuel and post activity replenishment of the depleted energy stores essential to exercise performance.

When a competitive sport mum couldn't find a handy and healthy snack to give her children before and after training she teamed up with expert nutritional scientists - and invented one herself.

Our Purpose
Encouraging positive attitude towards health, fitness, nutrition and in turn fuelling the next generation of young people to be their best and make healthy choices sustainable for life.

Our Product R&D
Adults digestive and nutritional requirements are different to under 16s. Our protein energy bars resulted from many months of research, working with a team of leading Applied Sports and Exercise Scientists, Life Science Practitioners and nutritional experts understanding the nutritional profiles of younger age group, what nutrients support pre-activity energy fuel and post activity replenishment of the depleted energy stores essential to exercise performance, how nutrients get absorbed by younger person's bodies and correlate with each other to provide maximum impact.

Simple whole-foods ingredients that support performance, speed up recovery, minimise fatigue but also support gut health and mental wellbeing.
