Segundo Ortiz - Nothing could have prepared us for Segundo Ortiz. We were taken aback when we first tasted this complex Colombian coffee. Whilst retaining the cleanness you’d expect from a washed coffee, it also has a strawberry cream sweetness (from an extended dry fermentation process of 24-36 hours) and juicy notes of blackberry and pineapple.
• Los Ureña - If we had to describe Los Ureña from Costa Rica, it would be ‘elegant’. The coffee producer Paúl employs women as pickers because he believes they have better scrutiny in harvesting. The Los Ureña’s coffee is Honey processed and has delicious notes of toffee apple and butterscotch adding to the experience of your morning coffee this time of year.
• Bookkisa Single Origin - Take just one sip of Bookkisa, and you’ll be transported to another world. This Ethiopian speciality coffee is full of the luxurious flavours of Peach, candied lemon, and wildflower honey. If you close your eyes, you’ll swear that the heavy body and fruit sweet notes combine to create the heavenly flavour of a pudding in your mouth. But the flavour isn’t the only thing that sets this coffee apart.

  This certified organic single origin coffee is grown under a lush canopy of natural forest, much like many of the Guji coffees grown in the area. All of the coffee farmers are trained in agronomy and natural post-harvesting practices by Ture Waji, known as the “King of Guji”, and because of their innovative drying techniques, the coffee itself is ultra-traceable.
