This set includes:

• 200g of Morbier: Morbier is a French traditional semi-hard cheese made with unpasteurised cow’s milk. Morbier has a strong smell and a kind of sticky rind. His taste is mild but still rich and creamy, with a delicious nutty aftertaste and a pungent aroma.
• 200g of Gruyère de Savoie: Gruyere de Savoie is a great Alpine style cheese with a gooey melting texture. His characteristic taste goes somewhere between a Comte and a Emmental. It reveals a sweet, nutty and fruity flavour on the palate.

About the Merchant
