'Raclette Kit For 2' Raclette Cheese Set by Champagne+Fromage with Saucisson & Cornichons Malossol

This set contains:

• Raclette de Savoie 400g: Raclette is an Alpine cheese whose name comes from the French word ‘racler’, which means ‘to scrape’. Try it melted over boiled potatoes, it is a must!! The flavour is rich, aromatic but still mild. The cheese tastes sweeter when melted and it leaves all his distinctive, aromatic smell.
• 3 x Saucissons 190g: We get our Saucissons from Maison Chillet, a high quality producer from Rhone Alpes, whose make his products with the greatest respect for raw materials and with a concern for the “artisanal” concept.
• Cornichons Malossol 440g: Maison Marc are the last remaining commercial cornichon producers in France as most are now grown overseas in Asia. Cornichons are grown in Chemilly-sur-Yonne without the use of any pesticides. They are then hand-sorted and jarred without any preservatives. The Malossol gherkins are a big variety of gherkins but softer, and less acidic.
