They are honeys collected in tightly selected areas, far from possible forms of pollution and environmental contamination.

StorageStore at room temperature. Crystallisation may occur naturally. If this happens, place the jar in warm water. As a general rule, ensure the amount of heat applied does not go too far from the 95 ºF (35 ºC) limit. Applying gentle warmth on crystallized honey can help to liquefy it.
