Calluna Brut effervescent honey wine is an exclusive naturally fermented sparkling blend, made with fragrant Raw Heather Honey from the Scottish moorlands and an intriguing combination of Tarragon, Thai Basil and Cascade Hops.
Herbaceous notes emerge together with earthy, savoury undertones, hints of fresh grass and hazelnut. Refined and aromatic with a dry and unexpected tangy finish.
Serve chilled in a champagne flute.
Pair with seafood, roast chicken, bbq or herb-strewn garden salad.
Bemuse Pomona Brut
Bemuse Pomona Brut effervescent honey wine is an exclusive naturally fermented sparkling blend, made with delicate Apple Blossom Honey from the English Orchard, fresh ginger, cardamom and zing of orange peel.
A gentle and aromatic palate with the warmth of cardamom spice, a touch of ginger heat and invigorating hints of fruit and citrus. Elegant and intriguing with a dry and zesty finish.

Bemuse Fiora Rose effervescent honey wine is an exclusive naturally fermented sparkling blend, made from aromatic borage honey from English Meadows with Wild Raspberry and Delicate Rose Petals.
An elegant, fresh and slightly zippy flavour of wild raspberry with a pleasantly silky texture. Rose petals add a floral aroma and light vanilla notes with a fresh and crisp aftertaste.
