Prep & usagePerfect on pasta, mozzarella or simply as a spread on bread. Recommended typologies of pasta with Basil Pesto: trofie genovesi, fusilli, gnocchi, penne, linguine, casarecce. Use 100g of Pesto every 500g of pasta and add extra virgin olive oil as needed.
StorageOnce opened keep it refrigerated and topped with oil up to 15 days.
