Prep & usageStore at room temperature. Crystallisation may occur naturally. If this happens, place the jar in warm water. As a general rule, ensure the amount of heat applied does not go too far from the 95 ºF (35 ºC) limit. Applying gentle warmth on crystallized honey can help to liquefy it.
Enjoy in your cooking to add flavour or replace sugar. Great for Baking, sauces, dips, dressings, marinades, accompany cheese, bread, yogurt, cereal and fruit.

Simply enjoy a spoon from the jar or serve raw to access the full health and nutritional benefits of the honey. Heating honey can affect the affects the potent properties of the honeys key nutrients.
