With these pasta sauce mixes, it's really easy to recreate a traditional Italian 'Arrabiata' or spicy sauce, a delicious 'Aglio, Olio, Peperoncino' (Garlic, Oil and Chilli pepper) or Tropea Onion sauce at home and makes a lovely gift.

Each gift pack contains a blend of spices, a handy wooden spoon and an easy recipe to follow. When added to some olive oil and tomatoes (either tinned plum tomatoes such as San Marzano or tomato passata), they quickly turn into a delicious sauce to add to your favourite pasta. The spices can also be used to enhance your own recipes and are perfect to keep in the cupboard for emergencies!
