Louisa's Coriander Blossom Honey comes from the bees collecting nectar from the coriander plant. Our coriander honey is very special indeed, with its light amber/gold colour, sweet floral flavour and enriched by the presence of a slightly spicy aftertaste, releasing a strong floral and mild herbal aroma. It’s consistency is liquid to begin with but crystallises into a creamy, velvety with a crunchlike granule finish on your palate.
