This is an ace 3 year old whiskey from Seattle, packing a wonderful balance of savoury oak and sweet fruit notes. The label hints at the distillers' history with brewing, as oodles of hop vines seem to be creeping into the still room! Get out of there, hops! They're making whiskey, not beer!
