Louisa's Citrus Blossom Honey comes from the bees collecting nectar from various citrus fruit orchards such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, mandarins, tangerines, limes and many others, to produce its floral, fruity and citrus flavours and fragrance. It is very light yellow cream in colour with a delicate tangy taste. Our Citrus honey is considered luxurious and exotic. As for its consistency it naturally crystallizes into a beautiful rich and thick texture.
