Mouse House's Gin Lovers hamper is the perfect gift for any gin and cheese lover.

This set includes our Gin & Tonic Truckle – a creamy cheddar infused with botanical gin, juniper and fresh tonic, which tastes exactly like gin in a glass. Our Finest Vintage Truckle – a deliciously matured cheddar, containing calcium crystals with a sweet note starter. As well as two of our best selling barrels; Caramelised Onion – a pleasantly sweet cheese and Traditional Apple smoked – an oak smoked cheese, with paprika. We have included some of our favourite snacking accompaniments that compliment our chosen cheeses - our Percival's Sea Salted Crackers, Olly Olives Garlic & Basil and Serious Pig Caramelised Onion Snacking Cheese.

• Coastal Gin - 20cl - Distilled with key botanicals as found on the shore and sand dunes, Coastal Gin celebrates our beautiful stretch of the Lincolnshire coastline
• Gin Truckle 200g - A creamy cheddar infused with juniper and gin. Perfect addition to a cheese board along side a G&T
• Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle 200g - This mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar contains calcium crystals with a sweet note starter. It really does get your taste buds tingling!
• Traditional Apple smoked Cheddar Barrel - A smooth mature cheddar smoked in our traditional smokehouse using wood chippings from apple trees.
• Caramelised Onion Cheddar Barrel - Using caramelised onion chutney, this sweet but savoury mature cheddar is a popular choice.
• Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g - Using only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including delicious sea salt from Anglesey.
• Olly's Garlic & Basil Olives 50g - Greek Halkidiki olives dressed in a classic garlic & basil marinade
• Serious Pig Crunchy Snacking Cheese - A seriously crunchy 100% cheese snack that’s off the chart tasty.

About the Producer The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best way.
