About the Producer
Alexia founded Grain & Bowl in 2015 driven by her passion for food and her own experiences with food intolerances. Great breakfast for GF advocates
Having been diagnosed with Coeliac recently I’ve had to adjust to the new normal.

This means a great start to the day with this breakfast food augmented by my own choice of blueberries and/or strawberries.

Add a splash of yoghurt and if needed pouring honey and off you go...
