Highland Boundary's award-winning Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Liqueur is made using 100% hand-picked Scottish botanicals. We use copper pot stills and post-distillation infusion to produce a light, smooth and beautifully floral flavour with a long, warm aftertaste. Drink straight over ice, with lemonade or soda water for a longer serve or use in champagne or prosecco and other cocktails.
We use birch buds and elderflowers sustainably hand-picked from woodlands near our distillery. We copper distil the birch buds to produce a fresh, smooth spirit and elderflower is added as a post-distillation infusion to create this super-smooth liqueur. Sweetness is kept low for a liqueur, ensuring this is non-syrupy and allowing the flavours to shine.
