Louisa’s Honey is Tested and certified for Total Activity (TA) score refers to the bacteria killing scale, the higher the TA, the greater the antimicrobial strength. So healthy and delicious!

We source the finest, purest honey from bees farms that are located in the beautiful valleys of Italy! Identifying the best geographical areas of production! They are honeys collected in tightly selected areas, far from possible forms of pollution and environmental contamination.

Prep & usageStore at room temperature. Crystallisation may occur naturally. If this happens, place the jar in warm water. As a general rule, ensure the amount of heat applied does not go too far from the 95 ºF (35 ºC) limit. Applying gentle warmth on crystallized honey can help to liquefy it.
Enjoy in your cooking to add flavour or replace sugar. Great for Baking, sauces, dips, dressings, marinades, accompany cheese, bread, yogurt, cereal and fruit.
