There's something extra special about the comforting aroma and flavours of chai, like a hug in a bowl. As the granola slowly bakes, the honey and oats form delicious clumps and our farmhouse kitchen is filled with warming scents of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and allspice. White mulberries provide a wonderful texture to the granola, particularly when partnered soft, sweet, chopped dates and a generous scattering of toasted coconut flakes.
100% natural, no additives, no refined sugar, no added salt and baked to order.
About the Producer
Founded by Deborah Lamplugh who baked granola for all of her bed and breakfast guests as part of their nutritious breakfast and was persuaded to sell it by the bag. When the bed and breakfast closed due to Lockdown it provided Deborah with the perfect opportunity to develop her granola business and create an array of gluten free blends.
