Forthay Granola was created in the farmhouse kitchen of our bed and breakfast, situated in the idyllic location in Gloucestershire’s Cotswold Hills.
Founded by Deborah Lamplugh who baked granola for all of her bed and breakfast guests as part of their nutritious breakfast and was persuaded to sell it by the bag. When the bed and breakfast closed due to Lockdown it provided Deborah with the perfect opportunity to develop her granola business and create an array of gluten free blends.
Forthay is a 17th Century grade 2 listed farmhouse made from cotswold stone bursting with character and charm. Set in an idyllic location in the rural hamlet of Forthay, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
