Try this if you like: Crisp New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs What is the Solaris grape? Rows of Solaris vines neatly line the cascading green estate of Bishops Frome. Protected by the ebbing landscape, the vines soak up the warm sun and flourish in the cooler climes of the rich, fertile Herefordshire soil.
Tasting notes: The honeydew melon nose is enlivened by the natural citrus of the late ripening vine. With hints of honey and lemon, the crisp wine flows smoothly, teasing an enticingly dry palate with a delicate clean finish.
