Our Story

Old Coach House Distillery Ltd was founded by David O' Brien, a plant biochemist in 2019 to develop healthy distilled alcohol-free botanical drinks that support the growing trend in mindful living. We handcraft Stillers, alcohol free distilled botanical drinks.

Our products are 100% copper pot distilled handcrafted from organic herbs & spices without using alcohol and contain no added flavours, colours, sweeteners or sugar. Our products provide an adult option for customers who do not want to consume alcohol but still want a sophisticated and healthy drinking experience.
