Our Story

We’re a small family business who sources outstanding products from across the globe from independent distilleries, all of which have their own unique stories. Gin Eva gins, which are produced on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca with fresh produce & Knut Hansen from Hamburg are our main brands.

Our story begins Through our intense love of gin and Mallorca where we met Stefan and Eva, the owners of the Gin Eva gin brand. Each batch is small and exclusively distilled to perfection by Eva and Stefan producing just over 70 bottles per distillation process.

The main botanicals are prepared by hand with love and using fresh ingredients, making each batch slightly different and this adds excitement and an element of curiosity to the product.

Perfect gin through experimentation is a never-ending challenge, the hard-work and creativity
required to hand make artisan gin fulfils Stefan & gives him the freedom to create exciting products.

Winning the Best Signature Botanical in the World Gin awards 2019 from 4,000 gins blind tasted has been an amazing experience. Plus many other awards in the last 12 months.

Knut Hansen has just arrived in the UK and is built on an amazing sailor and beautiful botanicals served in a stoneware bottle.
