Our award-winning gourmet marshmallows have been lovingly hand-crafted from our London kitchens since 2015.

Our Story

We are a leading brand of talented marshmallow makers renowned for our irresistibly luxurious marshmallows which look stunning and taste delicious too. Inspired by cloud-like Parisian marshmallows, we have created our own luxurious marshmallow recipes, using the finest ingredients to achieve the lightest, fluffiest marshmallows, with a French twist.

Our award-winning gourmet marshmallows company was created in 2015 by our founder Sheila Harrington. We were inspired by the cloud-like guimauves (marshmallows) we first tried in Paris. We have gone on to create our own luxurious marshmallow recipes, using the finest ingredients to achieve the lightest, fluffiest marshmallows, with a French twist.

Creativity and a passion for what we do is at the centre of our marshmallow house. We always focus on simplicity of natural flavours and believe that handmade techniques make our marshmallows as wonderfully fluffy and delicious as they are - hand-crafted with love!

Our melt-in-the-mouth mallows were an instant hit in our early days at London’s Kings Road market, and since then we’ve grown our range to include our star products, marshmallow toasting boxes and our delicious marshmallow gift boxes.

We have been awarded two gold stars by the Great Taste Awards. We are also the official marshmallow supplier to famous Peggy Porschen cake parlours. We also supply our marshmallow to a range of top London hotels and caterers.

We are most proud of the quality of our product - we are the Laduree of the marshmallow world!
