Fox's Kiln Distillery is a small local distillery focusing on producing high quality, hand made small batch gins.

Our Story

Fox’s Kiln Distillery was created by Jared Brown, founder of Gloucester Brewery, at the start of 2020 with the aim of producing incredible tasting, environmentally friendly small batch gins.

Jared’s passion for natural ingredients, and flair for creativity sparked the creation of Fox’s Kiln Distillery. Looking to create something new, fresh and exciting we spent countless hours perfecting the recipes for our gins, ensuring we used the best and most authentic ingredients we could, whilst always thinking about our impact on the planet.

We specialise in making flavoured gins, each one created using real ingredients to give deep, complex and most importantly authentic flavours. Each gin is based on our classic recipe, developed using a blend of 9 botanicals, and enhanced through a period of maceration with the chosen additional ingredients.

We strive to be an environmentally friendly business, with a pledge to become fully carbon neutral by the end of 2022. All our gins are made using real ingredients, such as raspberries, blood oranges, rhubarb and ginger.

Our products are enjoyed by a huge range of customers, from gin connoisseurs through to those trying their first ever gin.

Our Pink gin has to be one of the stars of the show, with beautiful red fruit aromas, it is full of the taste of raspberry, with subtle undertones of rose. Paired perfectly with an elderflower tonic, garnished with fresh strawberries and a sprig of mint, served over ice it makes a perfect fruity take on the G&T.
