Use to marinade beef or chicken with light soy sauce before stir frying. Equally if you are roasting a duck, goose or game bird this 5 spice blend can add a delicious flavour profile to mingle with fattier roast meats.
Add ground sichuan pepper to this mix for a traditional Chinese 5 spice.
