• Smoked Rum 5cl 40% ABV: Intensely smoky with hints of apple and burnt treacle, beguilingly smooth after a punchy nose. The finish unashamedly reminds you of this rum's fiery origin. Burning Barn is based on a fruit farm. For our smoked rum we take apple wood from retired apple trees, chip and dry it before using it to cold smoke a fruity, treacly 3-year aged Demerara rum. The result is an award-winning sipping rum.. Award winning rum.

  Spiced Rum 5cl 40% ABV: Spiced Rum that's actually spicy. Blended to perfection with toasted coconut, dark molasses, aromatic allspice, fiery ginger and birds eye chilli.

  Honey & Rum Liqueur 5cl 29% ABV: Smooth rum embroidered with the floral scent of British Summer. Rich, peppery notes balance perfectly with pure sweet honey. We have always had bees on our farm; they are essential pollinators for our fruit trees. One day we blended some of the Honey from our beehives with one of our 2-year aged rums, the result was an instant classic and the easiest recipe development of all time. Great Taste Award winning rum.

About the Producer
In September 2015 our barn burnt down. Forged from the fire and smoke of that day comes Burning Barn Rum. Our flavours are inspired by this fiery origin - spiced rum with real heat in it and a smoked rum redolent of smouldering embers and burnt caramel. We use the finest dark rum from Guyana, West Indies, as a base for our delicious rums.
