Aroma of ripe fruits, as we move the glass and the wine oxygenates, a palette of aromas appears that intoxicates us and seduces us with very fruity touches. Tasting notes: Colour: intense and alive with violet hues, bright and very attractive. Nose: from the first smell ripe fruits aromas appear, as we move the glass the wine is oxygenated and a palette of aromas appear that intoxicates and seduces us with very pleasant fruity touches of clean and red fruit. Secondary aromas typical of the malolactic fermentation such as bakery, dairy and butters, sweetness appear as well. Mouth: light and soft entrance that invites a second drink. Fresh and nice with good persistence in the end of the mouth due to a good acidity and a soft tannin that will go polishing over time. Friendly aftertaste and a bitter point. Pairing: ideal pairing with light meals, chicken, rabbit and poultry pickled as well as pates. Serving temperature: the ideal is to drink it cool between 12 and 17 degrees. Closing: natural cork.
