Our Greek Raw Heather Honey has a fantastic culinary value, perfect match with fresh fruits, nuts or on a cheese board. Produced by our friend, Thomas and his family in mainland Greece, just about 2 hours North of Athens. Thomas is a 3rd generation bee-keeper, learned everything from his father and granddad. The bees collect it from the nectar of the autumn Heather also known in Greek as 'suusura'.
