This is a 'Millesimato' Organic Prosecco which means that a minimum of 85% of the grapes in the bottle have been harvested in a single year, making this a Vintage Prosecco. 'Millesimato' is a term that is generally attached to wines that have attained a certain level of quality and purity. To be classified as a Millesimato, a wine must meet strict European Union standards. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, Ca del Colle Prosecco has a fruity, fresh and delicate scent. The taste is dry, refreshing and joyful. Excellent as an aperitif, with starters, with fish dishes, with rice and with fresh cheeses.

About the Producer
Ca’ del Colle is located southwest of the Euganean Hills, in Vo’ in the Padua province of the northern Veneto region of Italy. Among the volcanic hills that make up the 'Colli Euganei' there are numerous vineyards, producing soft mellow reds and crispy whites. The winery was established as a natural continuation and expansion of the existing Facchin winery to give a new and younger edge to the original brand. Wines and vineyards have always been the cornerstones of the life of the Facchin family. In the sixties, the founder Armido Facchin decided to entrust the management of the company to his sons Enrico and Renato who have managed to combine traditional methods of cultivating the vine with different and new processing techniques of vinification of the grapes. The company is now run by Renato while the new wines have been created and produced by his sons Mauro and Alessandro.
