Organic Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil Set (3 x 250ml) - Flavoured Olive Oil Set with Rosemary & Bergamot Oils

These organic infused extra virgin olive oils are made in Southern Italy following a traditional, entirely natural process resulting in unique oils which are beautifully balanced, tasty and healthy. They are very low in acidity (just 0.2%) and high in polyphenols (the anti-oxidants that are said to help prevent cancer, arteriosclerosis and slow down the ageing process).

Garlic, Black Pepper & Balamic
Created by combining two Italian classics - organic Balsamic vinegar from Modena together with organic, single estate Ottobratica olives.
It is fabulous as a salad dressing or simply as a dipping oil, this is the perfect accompaniment to your red meats, grilled and poached fish and a variety of cheeses.

Bergamot
Created by pressing organic Calabrian bergamot fruit together with organic, single estate Ottobratica olives. Indigenous to the Calabria region, bergamots are a citrus fruit with a powerful aroma and fragrant juice. The essential oil obtained from the peel is energising and uplifting and used in many perfumes and supplements as well as in Earl Grey tea.

This organic infused oil is the perfect accompaniment to seafood, braised meats, beetroot salads, grilled vegetables and spicy cheeses. It also makes a great ingredient for fruit and chocolate based desserts.

Rosemary
Created with just two simple ingredients by pressing organic Calabrian rosemary together with organic, single estate Ottobratica olives.
This organic oil has a distinctive flavour and aroma, reminiscent of warm Mediterranean evenings! It's the perfect accompaniment to roast potatoes and a variety of vegetables as well as meat dishes. Add a little to your salad dressings.
