'Just Jane' Cheese & Beer Hamper by The Mouse House Cheese Company - Cheese & Beer Gift

Featuring all the best products in the Just Jane range, a perfect gift for any aviation lovers. Just Jane products support the restoration of the Lancaster Jane in East Kirby, Lincolnshire to fly again!

This set includes our handmade Just Jane Cheddar which is a creamy mature cheddar produced on Lymn Bank Farm, in Lincolnshire. We have also added our Just Jane Smoked, which is naturally coal smoked on our farm, with hints of paprika to create a beautiful apple smoked cheddar. Our accompaniments are the Just Jane Bitter from Ferry Ales which is locally brewed, as well as snacking chillies and cheese which pairs perfectly with the local ale. Lastly, we have included our traditional sea-salted crackers and fire chutney, which enhances our beautiful British cheddar.

This hamper contains:

• Ferry Ales Just Jane Bitter - A traditional brown session Bitter, Just Jane is a complex session ale with layers of malt and hops with an intense fruity finish.


• Just Jane Mature Cheddar 200g - A wonderfully strong and creamy 2-year-old mature cheddar. A donation from every sale helps raise funds to get the “Just Jane” Lancaster flying again.


• Just Jane Smoked Cheddar 200g - A very popular and delicious 200g truckle of creamy cheddar smoked over oak in a traditional smoke house.


• Percival's Onion, Chilli & Orange Chutney 225g - Perfect for those who like a little spice in their food. With red peppers and oranges, it has a surprisingly fruity flavour, and the measured addition of Scotch Bonnets leaves a pleasant residual heat on the tongue.


• Serious Pig Crunchy Snacking Cheese - A seriously crunchy 100% cheese snack that’s off the chart tasty.


• Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g - Using only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including delicious sea salt from Anglesey.


• Serious Pig Snacking Chillies 40g - Best kick of chillies with some of our cheeses, a must have with a drink and a cheese board.

About the Producer
The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best way.
