It's A London Thing is a unique cocktail to Rythmik Cocktails - a fresh and zesty take on a gimlet.

Using the exceptional 58 London dry gin as our base - a premium artisan, sustainably focussed gin, awarded UK gin producer of the year in 2020 - we mix it with ginger, for its warmth and zestiness, and lemongrass to bring citrus and mint notes to the party.

Best served ice cold in a chilled glass, garnished with a mint leaf whilst listening to our London inspired House playlist, a combination of jazzy, funky and bassline led house music from the likes of Kaytranada, Disclosure, Detroit Swindle and Project Pablo.
