This Moulard Duck Breast has a rich, velvet pallet asked by today's top chefs! This rich, flavourful Moulard Duck Breast has has a rich, velvet pallet and excellent balance of seasoning and flavour. As well as a pleasant moist texture, this duck breast has been fully cured and aged in the controlled environment of a state-of- the-art drying room for 30 days. It is then slow smoked between 12 and 20 hours. Bring some along on your picnic, slice one up as a fancy snack, or use as part of an antipasto platter. Bon Appetit!
