This pasta sauce mix makes it really easy to recreate a delicious 'Aglio, Olio, Peperoncino' (Garlic, Oil and Chilli pepper) sauce at home, it also makes a great little gift.
Each gift pack contains a blend of chilli, garlic and spices, a handy wooden spoon and an easy recipe to follow. When added to some extra virgin olive oil the mixture quickly turns into a delicious sauce to really liven up your Spaghetti or Linguine. This family firm, established in 1998 is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create old fashioned products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies. Their entire range is produced without adding any preservatives or colours."

Delicious Mix

My kids who have been to Italy countless times are 12 and 10 and used to a bit of spice think its delicious. We will be buying plenty more of this. Grazie!!
