Using state of the art technology combined with ancient recipes, our producer creates jams and spreads with a genuine taste of the Mediterranean. Fresh fruit is cooked at a low temperature and in a vacuum to preserve fragrance and flavour. It is then pasteurised but no chemical preservatives, colourants or additives are used guaranteeing a natural, wholesome product.
