Mouse House's Ale Hamper includes three deliciously creamy cheddars- including one of our new cheeses Ale & Mustard! Accompanied by the best snacks and Ferry Brewerys's 'Harvest Gold Ale'.

This hamper contains:

• Ale & Mustard Cheddar Truckle 200g - Our signature Mouse House cheddar blended with Batemans Classic XB real ale and infused with wholegrain mustard to create a unique but distinctively moreish flavour.


• Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle 200g - This mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar contains calcium crystals with a sweet note starter. It really does get your taste buds tingling!


• Horseradish Barrel 145g - Definitely not to be missed. Not too hot but full of flavour, place a few slices on a steak and pop it under the grill to melt for a minute, perfect with chunky chips and salad.


• Harvest Gold 500ml, 4.0% ABV - Harvest Gold is a refreshing smooth tasting Golden Ale, of citrus flavours with a pleasant floral, herbal and earthy aroma.


• Serious Pig Crunchy Snacking Cheese - A seriously crunchy 100% cheese snack that’s off the chart tasty.


• Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g - Using only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including delicious sea salt from Anglesey.


• Serious Pig Snacking Chillies 40g - Best kick of chillies with some of our cheeses, a must have with a drink and a cheese board.

About the Producer
The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best way.
