30% Honduran SHG San Marcos: Grown at elevations up to 1600m in the beautiful San Marcos de Colon mountains. Glorious and so simple, sweet like your favourite chocolate box.

20% Ethiopian Sidamo: The birthplace of the fruit we cherish - Sidamo is one of Ethiopia's best known coffee regions. Delicate citrus acidity with flavours of stone fruits and lemongrass.

20% Sumatran Mandheling 1: Brought to this ancient archipelago by Dutch colonists 500 years go, this varietal loves humidity and thrives in conditions above 1300m. Heavy body, deep molasses sweetness, with thingling mild cedar acidity.
