Prep & usageMighty Brew Sencha Kombucha has a fragrant, fresh taste similar to a light sparkling apple juice, cider or champagne. Crisp and refined with a grassy, slightly sweet flavour and a light, umami astringency. This organic Sencha Kombucha offers a wonderful sparkling non-alcoholic drink alternative to champagne or Prosecco for any occasion. To serve, always chill well for maximum flavour, never shake the bottle and pour gently into a wine glass or champagne flute. Just like any good champagne, mixing with big flavours can overpower the delicate subtleties of Mighty Brew Sencha. We find that it is best used for a non-alcoholic alternative Spritz, a Kir or a Bellini.
