Our Story

Founded by James Mark (aka "Jim"!) in 2016 after a life-long passion for Gin and Tonic. Jim and Tonic started life as a mobile gin van, travelling the length and breadth of Great Britain serving craft G&T's at events, parties and food and drink markets, before launching a number of gin bars and micro-distilleries across London. Today Jim and Tonic produce 4 sustainable urban gins at their distillery in Elephant and Castle.
