Our Story

Raised in the Netherlands, we are two twins, Joyce and Raissa, who have a natural affinity with superlative drinks and excellent blendings. After all, we come from the birthplace of gin!
But our love affair turned to frustration, while the world’s choice of spirits has continued to grow, mixers and sodas have remained bland… less of a twin, more of a shadow.

Double Dutch is the result of this love affair - uniting great spirits with complementary mixers that enliven and enhance.

We are committed to supplying our customers with the most refined and highest quality ingredients, which is why we experimented extensively with the method of taste pairing. The idea is based upon the fact that ingredients combine well when they share key flavour components.

We had to find a delicate equilibrium between spirits and the flavour combinations in our carefully crafted drinks. The result is a series of delicious substantiated drinks/spirit enhancers. Each bottle is entirely made without any artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.

All of our products are organic, vegan, sustainably and ethically sourced and we are a carbon neutral company.

Richard Branson supported the Double Dutch vision by awarding us a Foodpreneur award for our innovative Food and Beverage brand. We have also recently been awarded the Best Tonic for your G&T by GQ Magazine as well winner of Best Premium Adult Drink at World Beverage Innovation awards.
