Our Story

At TAPPED, we make natural, healthy and hydrating drinks from birch water, the sap which flows inside birch trees. Drinking birch sap is a centuries old Nordic tradition. Every spring, Nordic folk have enjoyed birch water as a rejuvenating tonic and it has also been consumed for a range of health benefits.
