Teff flour is not only great for your body, but is completely gluten free, making it a popular choice with those with coeliac disease. Our organic white teff flour has a mild, slightly nutty flavour, which works equally well in savoury breads and pastry as it does in rich cakes and cookies!

Tobia Teff is the home of organic teff. Our bread and snack-bars are handmade in our humble workshop. Born out of a love for Teff and traditional Ethiopian cuisine, Tobia Teff started in 2008 and is run by Ethiopian-British husband and wife team Sefanit Sophie Sirak-Kebede and Meny Kebede. As a family-run business we stay true to our values of integrity and personalised service. All of our products are handmade and packed in our humble workshop in North West London.
