Teff is an ancient African grain, which has been enjoyed for centuries in Africa. It’s celebrated not only for its pleasant taste, but wealth of nutritional benefits; and is rich in protein, iron, fibre and many other essential minerals. Toast a slice or two for breakfast, or enjoy as a sandwich… in fact, it’s every bit as flexible as conventional bread!

Tobia Teff is the home of organic teff. Our bread and snack-bars are handmade in our humble workshop. Born out of a love for Teff and traditional Ethiopian cuisine, Tobia Teff started in 2008 and is run by Ethiopian-British husband and wife team Sefanit Sophie Sirak-Kebede and Meny Kebede. As a family-run business we stay true to our values of integrity and personalised service. All of our products are handmade and packed in our humble workshop in North West London.
